Application

Membrance is a kind of flexible rubber capsule filled with compressed air or water medium. The elastic effect is achieved by utilizing the compressibility of air and the fluidity of water.

 

Operating Principle

When pressure tank is used in the system, as a result of the system pressure than prefi lled gas pressure, so there will be a part of the working medium into the membrance (for the diaphragm type into the tank), until reaching a new equilibrium, when the system pressure rise again and again the system pressure is greater than prefi lled gas pressure, and there will be a part of medium enter inside the capsule, capsule and tank of gas, the gas is compressed pressure increases, when the system pressure and rise to the consistent, medium stop in, on the other hand, when the system pressure drop, the system within the medium pressure is lower than the sac and between the gas pressure of tank, the water in the air will be gas added in the system, Raise the system pressure until the pressure of the system working medium is equal to the pressure of the gas between the capsule and the tank.
